Services operating from Ohakune/Raetihi
will depart by 7.00am
Pickup times from the Chateau Tongariro/ Whakapapa Holiday Park are
7am and 8am
National Park pickup from the park and ride facility on the corner of Finaly Street and Station Road, Pickup 7.30am bookings are essential for this service
The return times from Ketetahi for all of our service will be 2.30pm, 4.00pm and 5.30pm

Daily service to National Park to connect with Kiwi Rail and Intercity
Shuttle services can also be arranged to any of the many Hiking tracks in the Tongariro and Whanganui National Parks.
If a cancellation is made by the client within 24 hours of departure 100% of the total booking fee will be lost.
All other cancellations incur an administration fee of 20% of the total booking

Dempsey Buses reserve the right to cancel any activity at any time due to conditions that would make the activity unsafe.
If Dempsey Buses cancel, clients will be refunded 100% of purchase price.
No refund will be given if the client cancels within 24 hours of departure.
No refund will be given to any client who fails to turn up for a confirmed booking.
All refunds will be made to the same credit card used for the booking.
